We are also just a block or blocks away from tons of restaurants and businesses you might find useful during your stay. If you are bringing a vehicle, there is street parking available.

Each of our pads hold between 12 and 24 beds with roughly 6 beds in each room. Of course we only average somewhere between 0 and 6 guests a night. Some of the amenities you will find are high speed internet, cable, netflix, hulu, large screen television, full kitchen, fully furnished, and house keeping service. We are also just a block or blocks away from tons of restaurants and businesses you might find useful during your stay. If you are bringing a vehicle, there is plenty of street parking available.
Price: $100 deposit returned only with a 30 day notice. 2 months minimum if you want the deposit returned.
